Helmer Nijland has extensive experience in preparing and managing civil engineering projects in the GWW sector, especially in inner city environments, but also for other authorities. He is familiar with legal procedures and tender processes.
Helmer heads up the Wegen-Amersfoort team (part of the Design and Implementation department). His team consists of approximately 16 employees. They provide engineering of road and rail infrastructure for the external market, such as the Rijkswaterstaat, provinces, municipalities, contractors and other private sector parties.
