Hans Marinus graduated from TU Delft as a civil engineer. He has been working at DHV in various positions for various authorities since 1995. Hans has extensive experience in projects in the areas of road and rail infrastructure as an expert, project leader, and project manager.
Hans's current work is mainly focused on the preliminary process of planning (large-scale) rail projects. Projects in which the interaction with spatial development and ecology are also on the agenda, in addition to mobility. These projects are typified by decision-making processes with diverse stakeholders with sometimes very divergent interests and agendas. One of Hans's strong suits is the process management surrounding information supply and processing, which all parties accept and which ultimately leads to political decision-making.
