As capacity management teamleader Karina van Leersum is responsible for a team of capacity managers focused on recruitment and posting requests from our clients. Karina has over ten years of experience as a business professional with an expertise in the employment market.
Karina has been working at DHV B.V. since 2001, where she spent the first four years as a recruiter. In this role she was responsible for policy and implementation of employment market communication and recruitment and selection of all sorts of functions within DHV. At the end of 2005 Karina made the transition to the Integrated Project Management Unit, where she is in charge of large multidisciplinary projects as capacity management consultant.
