Els Le Large is a strategic consultant at DHV. Els advises municipalities, developers, and housing corporations on the strategic and legal aspects of spatial projects. She assists parties in shaping their cooperation (PPP), drafts contracts, and guides negotiations. Els has extensive knowledge of and experience in European competition law and assists authorities and developers in tendering procedures and government aid processes. In her advisory role, Els operates as a lawyer with a broad scope and much creativity. In addition, she has vast experience in facilitating groups in decision-making processes.
Els is currently participating in the tendering team that is marketing the development and operation of Twente Airport. Moreover, she acts as legal counsel for Lely Vastgoed BV for the development of a large residential construction project (Dijkpolder) in Maassluis.
