Carlo is an experienced consultant in the construction industry, specialized in project management of large infrastructure projects. His fields of knowledge are risk management, integrated contracts (e.g. design & build) and contract management.
With regard to integrated contracts, Carlo is experienced in drawing up contract documents and defining (functional) requirements as well as managing the process of tendering and contracting a construction company within the EU rules and regulations.
Besides the regular project management activities Carlo is also very experienced in facilitating groups, training/coaching and training-on-the-job.
