NACO (Netherlands Airport Consultants) made the winning design for the world's largest airport, which will be built in the Chinese capital Beijing. Due for completion in 2017, its surface area is the same as the entire city of Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands. iFly Magazine talks to NACO director Rik Krabbendam about the challenge of designing an airport over 130 million passengers a year.
