Introductory Meeting
The first step is an intake meeting with the client. The goal of this meeting is to obtain proper insights in the organization, the real estate portfolio, and understanding the scope of the portfolio analysis and requirements.
Analysis and Inspection
In the second stage, we visit locations to collect data and make an inspection of the buildings. We also perform desk research and interview stakeholders within your organization.
Projection and Expert Session
