Project management

The construction project managers of DHV are skilled in organizing, communicating and coordinating all activities required for the successful completion of a project. The objective is to ultimately make your wishes come true. Leading factors in that respect are time, costs, risks, and quality.

For each project, we work with a fixed team, consisting of a construction project manager and experts. The composition of the team is tailored to the nature and complexity of the project. Our principle is that the responsible construction project manager remains involved in the project from the beginning to the end and that he is the contact person for the client.
